A hand-on one day cooking class, teaching all the tricks and ingredient inspiration from my cookbook Sticky Fingers, Green Thumb.
I’ll be sharing my tips on harnessing the unique flavours of vegetables, herbs and edible flowers in cakes and other baked treats such as porcini caramel cake, a black forest cake made with a native hibiscus syrup, and a honey cake made with fennel and lemon myrtle.

Each week has a different menu, championing local suppliers, the best seasonal produce and Hayley's signature baking style.
Tuck into a Spiced Parsnip & Blossom cake, a hot and freshly baked Miso Eggplant brownie, Peach & Pickled Petal financier or a warm wedge of Honeysuckle Brioche pie. A dollop of cream is always encouraged.
